RETURNS POLICY

1.0 OVERVIEW

Returns may be made within 30 days of a purchase being made. If 30 days have lapsed since a purchase was made, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, all products must be unused and in the same condition you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

2.0 REFUNDS

If applicable and once a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).

We will also notify you of an approval or rejection of refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment as soon as possible ((this will need to be specific – check the law)).

2.1 Partial refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be approved (if applicable), examples of which are as follows:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

2.2 Late or missing refund credit

Following a notification of a credit refund and after 14 business days you have yet to receive it, please verify with your credit/ debit card issuer to ensure the fund transfer is being processed.

3.0 EXCHANGES

Items which are either defective or damaged are eligible for exchange. If you require a like-for-like exchange of an item, please send us an email to admin@agrikontorneuholland.com and post the item to the address stated below.

3.1 Postage

Products should be returned as promptly as possible to:

All costs associated with postage of returned items are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser/ recipient.

Postage costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary.

Agrikontor NH cannot guarantee you will receive exchanged products, though we will endeavour to ensure it reaches you as promptly as possible.

RARE FIND!

Excellent Case IH Farmall 45 compact tractor. Loaded with features and just an overall great tractor. Tractor is in perfect mechanical shape, everything runs and operates. No leaks, no issues. Just fully serviced and ready to go to work. This is the same machine as a New Holland TC45DA tractor. They offered them in both brands/colors at the time. These have the high quality Shibaura Japanese engine which is the same quality as the Deere’s and Kubota’s. This is NOT the cheaper low quality Korean make Case/New Holland compact tractor. These older Case/NH compacts were excellent machines. Easy to operate, easy to maintain, and excellent reliability. This is a larger horsepower compact tractor, not a small tinker toy. If you have larger jobs or a larger property this is an excellent machine to get it done! A lot of nice features on these tractors like sloping hood allowing unmatched sight lines to the front bucket, easy on and off, nice open isolated platform, tilt/telescoping steering wheel, deluxe 3 point arms with telescoping link ends and pin style sway bars. Once you run and operate this machine you’ll appreciate the quality and comfort of it. Extremely low hour machine, has very little wear. All original paint, was kept inside and it shows. Fenders have a few small cracks on the side but hardly noticeable. Hood is in nice shape no cracks. Tires are all in like new condition and you can still see the tire size molded on the tread. The nicest part about this machine is the transmission. it has a high and low range , but also has a hi-low in each range which is shiftable with a flip of a switch on the go. Extremely convenient and nice when running a loader. Feel free to come look at the machine and experience the quality yourself. Compare to the price of a new compact with similar features would be almost $50k. Plus you’d have the emissions headaches to worry about. Here’s a solid, low hour, reliable used machine that will likely outlast new with minimal issues at half the price!
